Enjoy a fantastic day out at Centrewood Estate on Friday 12th August with Reon Hobson, head chef at Pascatore at the George, Christchurch as well as NZ Beef & Lamb Ambassador.  A day not to be missed.   Reon will teach you new techniques using modern flavours you can use in your kitchen every day as well as special dishes you can cook for a dinner party that will blow your guests away.

FINDING A STORY

Wednesday August 17 .  This one day course (with a follow up in November) will explore the principles of story writing and apply them in practical exercises to whatever form of writing you wish to do, whether it’s writing about your own life, family or business, in fiction, creative nonfiction, life writing or poetry.  

The first Centrewood workshop was a huge success, thoroughly enjoyed by all.
Our guests gathered round the Centrewood kitchen island to watch and learn from Riverstone chef Bevan Smith, as he masterfully created a range of sumptuous dishes.
